Keith I. Biddlecombe, CPA, CGA, CFE

As the founder of Biddlecombe & Associates, Keith also is the most experienced member of the team with over 39 years of experience in the field. Keith received his CGA designation in 1984 and his CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) in 1996. During his prior work experience, Keith has held senior financial positions including being Controller of a few large and well known companies including a chain of retail stores with over 500 outlet locations.


The firm started as a part-time practice in 1977, and then Keith commenced full-time operations in 1996 due to his commitment to stay close to his young family and also to be able to devote his full attention to his growing client base. The growth of the organization has spawned from referrals made by existing clients. The key to B&A’s success has been Keith’s mandate to provide a very personalized service to our entrepreneur and business owner clients; with the goal of essentially developing a “professional relationship” with the client based on confidence, trust, and “truly” understanding their challenges, needs and goals. The compliment of receiving referrals is a testimony to the “way we look after our clients”.

Navreet Virk, CPA, CGA

Navreet has been a member of B&A since late 2006. She brought multiple years of industry work experience to our office. Navreet is very detail oriented and methodical while working through client files. Her primary focus in the office is preparing corporate financial statements and tax filings, and interfacing with CRA on behalf of clients. Navreet has many years of experience in other accounting related functions, and this provides her with the expertise to complete files accurately and in an efficient manner, and communicate with our corporate clients. Navreet is also responsible for maintaining the B&A Quality Assurance Manual, and related training and compliance.

Marina Jensen, DFA Tax Services Specialist

B&A welcomed Marina to the team in mid 2011 and is pleased to have her on the team. She is responsible for all manner of personal taxes and estate returns while providing backup support for bookkeeping. Marina’s vast work experience in personal taxes, bookkeeping and office administration has become an integral part of the office knowledge. Including 10 years of tax return preparation, CRA communication and continuing studies of tax-related courses, Marina plays a key role within the office. This is especially valuable in the linking of personal tax information with Corporate Tax related items such as dividends, thereby enabling the benefit of forward tax planning for our business owner clients.

Brooke Wilhelmson

Brooke started with B&A in 2008 as the office receptionist. Over the past 6 years she expanded her administrative duties tremendously while providing payroll and WCB relief. Brooke is currently working with our firm on a casual schedule and continues to provide assistance to newly incorporated clients and setting up accounts with the various government agencies. Brooke’s vast experience with B&A also allows her to assist in other departments during peak seasons.

Susan Kennedy

Susan was welcomed to the B&A team in May 2012.  In addition to 3 years of accounting office experience, she also brings extensive knowledge to the firm from her work as a bookkeeper, responsible for the filing of GST, Payroll, WCB and her volunteer work as a treasurer for professional member associations.  She is currently working towards a degree in accounting and a CGA designation.  At B&A, Susan prepares corporate tax filings, performs research on corporate tax matters, and assists on the B&A Quality Assurance compliance while also providing GST, bookkeeping and personal tax relief.

Raveen Parmar, CPA, BBA

Since starting with B&A in February of 2013, Raveen has stepped in as the head of the GST & PST department while providing Payroll and personal tax preparation relief. Raveen brings with her 2 years of previous experience in a public practice accounting firm, and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in accounting. While currently working toward completing her CGA designation, Raveen’s extensive knowledge and experience have been a huge benefit to the B&A office.

Harry Mutti, Dip.Acct

Harry joined the B&A office in Fall of 2013 and is responsible for Bookkeeping, GST & PST processing, as well as providing WCB relief. In addition to having 2 years of relevant work experience, Harry holds a diploma in accounting and is working towards his bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in accounting. Thus, Harry’s professional and education experience allows him to bring further expertise and ambition to the B&A office.

Kaili Anakotta, BBA

Kaili joined the B&A team in 2008 and was initially responsible for data entry, bookkeeping and GST & PST filings; where she was very diligent and conversant. She eventually added corporate yearend preparations for companies and helping with miscellaneous administration duties to her scope of work. After taking a two year leave, she has since returned and is now responsible for Payroll processing, WCB set up and reporting, along with bookkeeping support and office management. Her education includes a Hospitality Management Diploma and is a BBA graduate in Human Resources Management.

Sarah McFadden

Started in summer of 2014 and has been a great addition to the team. Sarah has superb organizational skills that allow her to balance many different tasks, while being the primary contact for clients. Sarah has a diploma as a Medical Office Assistant and is currently working towards a diploma as an Accounting Technician. Sarah also brings with her 10 years of reception, administration and accounting assistant experience where she developed excellent interpersonal skills and will go to great extents to try and resolve any issues that may arise.
